The Lonely Snow Fields (24x36IN) Modern Battle Map

Deep in winter, snow and ice has covered every inch of secluded mountain valley. Hidden deep in its winding and snowy caps are a forgotten temple entrance, a ice covered lake filled with treasure, or a hermits lodge. 

Signs of long frozen trees, bushes, and grass peek out from the white powdery blanket, but nothing living remains this long after the first winter freeze. Wind howls through the open spaces threatening any exposed skin and if anyone hopes to survive in this terrain they had better find shelter before the next snow storm rolls through...

The map aesthetic works great for games set in a noir, rural, or any modern setting.

The maps are a wide open snowfield with frozen ponds and lakes. Snowy hills create a valley and the wintery remains of a small grove of trees breaking up the landscape. Throught out the different maps there are a hidden temple entrance, and a small hermits lodge on the edge of the lake.

Finally each map includes a night colored variant as well!
